June 23, 2025 By Larry Aiello

In this video you will learn the various flavors of Sicilian granita that you can buy when you visit Italy.

What is a granita?

A granita is a semi-frozen dessert that you will often find in Italy, especially in Sicily.  They are made with various fruit flavors or even coffee or chocolate can be used.  It is frozen on a pan and then scraped to give it an icy texture.
